Renea Boutique Cruises Bai Tu Long Bay – Nowadays Halong bay becomes very tourists and messy. All highlight attractions are Titov Island and Amazing Caves (Surprise Caves) are welcoming thousands of tourist every day in every step so we leading further to Bai Tu Long bay which is Northeast from Halong bay. Bai Tu Long Bay literally means “The bay of Dragon children”
Bai Tu Long Bay is fabulous as its famous neighbor. Honestly it’s more stunning and natural, since it’s becoming a must-do destination for travelers from over the world.
The Detailed Itinerary.
DAY 1: HON GAI PIER – BAI TU LONG BAY – CONG DO – CAP LA ISLAND. Meals = Lunch, Dinner.
07.45 – 8:30: The luxury limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and start our trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam. On the way, we will have a quick stop at the middle of the way to rest. This also let you have a glance at Hai Duong Province and taste their traditional “Green bean cake”.
12.30: Arrive in Renea Boutique Cruises Bai Tu Long Bay office at Hon Gai Pier, you will have a bit time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for the captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to Renea Boutique Cruises Bai Tu Long Bay.
12.45: Enjoy welcome drink and spend a couple minutes to briefing about safety on boat and activities included then we check in our cabin.
13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: Arrive in kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing.
17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoys our Sunset party while the cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.
19.00: Sumptuous set-dinner on board.
20.30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply has a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

3 DAY OPTION

DAY 2: VUNG VIENG VILLAGE – CONG DAM – CONG DO. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
07.30: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and ready for another exploring day.
09.00: Transfer to a day cruise, we cruise passing several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam, we enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. In there, we will visit Vung Vieng fishing village to interact with local people.
12.00: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime
14.00: Spend more time for kayaking and swimming at Cong Dam, or relaxing on boat. If the weather allows, we can take a glance at Thay Cave before back to the anchor point.
16.30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party afterwards
19.00: Dinner will be served.
20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.
Overnight on Renea Cruises Bai Tu Long Bay.
DAY 2 or 3: BAI TU LONG BAY – THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HON GAI HARBOR. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch.
06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
07.00: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and ready for another exploring day.
08.00: Explore the well hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.
09.00: Upon return to the boat you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
10.00: Attend in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can quickly learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey (a 2 Michelin Star Chef) used to guide – Nem Cuon or challenge yourself in fruit and vegetables carving.
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on boat.
12.00: Back to the harbor and disembark in Hon Gai pier.
12.30: The shuttle bus or limousine will take you back to your hotels in Hanoi.
17.00: End of service.

Transfer Cost:

• Rounded Private 4 seat car: Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi: 130 USD
• Rounded Private 7 seat car: Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi: 160 USD
• Departure place in Hanoi: Your Hotel in Hanoi (old quarter, Hanoi)
• Expected departure time in Hanoi : 07:45 AM – 08:15AM.
• Expected return time in Hanoi : 16:30PM
• Shuttle bus: Is inclusive in the rate.

Children policy:

• Children under 4 years old: are FOC, sharing room with parent.
• Children from 4 to under 12 years old: are charged 75% of the adult rate, sharing room with parents.
• Children from 12 and over: are charged at the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellation must be made in writing to us through email only.
• Cancellation made by the cruise itself: No cancellation fee applied
• 07 days prior to check – in date: No cancellation fee applied
• 03 – 06 days prior to check – in date : 30 % of each cancelled room.
• Less than 03 days prior to check – in date : 100% of total room charge.

Cancellation policy due to bad Weather:

• All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
• Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,…), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
• In those cases, following policies will be applied:

– If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
– If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,…): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount.
– If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
Important Notes:

• The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated.
• The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
• In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
